ABOUT THE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY RESTORE:

Habitat for Humanity of Orange County currently operates two non-profit retail stores called the Habitat OC ReStore in Anaheim and Santa Ana. The Habitat OC ReStores are open to the public seven days a week and sell new and gently used home furniture items and building materials at a fraction of the retail price. Save today on furniture, appliances, flooring, lighting, building materials and more for your home remodel and interior decorating projects.

The Habitat OC ReStores benefit our community by recycling materials instead of dumping them into the waste stream. People or organizations who donate items to the Habitat OC ReStores avoid paying hauling/trash disposal costs and possibly receive a tax deduction for the items they donate (check with your tax-professional for details).

The Habitat OC ReStores are the home improvement store that builds homes: proceeds from the Habitat OC ReStores fund the construction of affordable Habitat for Humanity homes for purchase by qualified limited-income families in Orange County.

REMODELING? RENOVATING? WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR?

The Habitat OC ReStores rely on the donation of home improvement materials. Donation drop-offs are preferred and accepted at the Habitat OC ReStores Monday to Saturday from 9AM-5PM. A pick-up service may be available for multiple large item donations for a $10 minimum donation to defray the cost of providing the pick-up. Items for pick-up must be on the ground level, inside the garage or home. The Habitat OC ReStores may accept materials safely deconstructed from your home or business remodel.

Contact us to check quality and reusability of your items at (714) 434-6200, DoantionHotline@HabitatOC.org or schedule your donation pick-up online at www.ReStoreOC.org/DonateToReStore.

ELECTRONICS RECYLING:

The Habitat OC ReStores are collection sites for electronic waste. Drop-off your electronic equipment—anything battery operated or that plugs into the wall—to be responsibly recycled at the Anaheim or Santa Ana ReStore.
