All Cumberland County residents (except Town of Spring Lake, Fort Bragg, and Pope AFB residents) may use the container sites for weekly disposal of personal household/yard waste. All Cumberland County and Town of Spring Lake residents may use the container sites for recycling.
Each resident may only take up to 4 cubic yards per week of waste to a container site weekly. If you have additional waste you need to take the waste to the appropriate landfill.
