A Resident Permit (no expiration date) will be issued by your municipality with four parts: three "passes" and a white receipt. Your white receipt is never collected, and should be kept by you at all times. This will allow you unlimited use of the facility.

Your resident permit will also allow you three, one-day passes (green, yellow & pink), with an unlimited number of trips allowed each day, for the use of the landfill container drop off area. A colored permit slip (pass) will be collected by the attendant for each day. Please notify the attendant if you will be making multiple visits in one day. The white slip is NOT A PASS! The white receipt is only for wood, metal, yard waste, brush and electronics.
