This site is only open to Oswego County residents, please bring proof of residency within county boundaries.
Please make note that the sales department and the scales are closed thirty minutes prior to the facility closing. Fees may apply for disposal of some items, call for more information.
License plates are also accepted at this site. Please ensure all paper is clean and dry. Only glass food and beverage containers can be accepted. Plastic jugs and tubs can be recycled. Please do not bring oil containers.
