This site provides free disposal of household hazardous waste to Cumberland County residents, except those who live in Spring Lake, Fort Bragg and Pope AFB. There is a limit of 10 gallons or 80 pounds per visit.
This site is located one half mile past Wilkes Road Landfill. Take Owen Drive to 301 Business, at that intersection, go straight. Take the second left (Wilkes Road). Continue straight for about one mile (you'll pass the Wilkes Road Landfill). The HHW Facility is located on the left side of the road just after the Hwy 87 overpass.
