Yard waste labels are available at Public Works for you to place on your open yard waste containers to help identify them to collection personnel. Must be placed in biodegradable paper bags, containers, or tied and bundled as applicable.
Placement of yard waste in plastic bags for collection is prohibited and will not be collected by the Township. Yard waste generated by a commercial landscaper will not be collected by the Township.
It is recommended that residents consider a “cut it and leave it” program where grass clippings are left on the lawn.
