City of Omaha Curbside Recycling Program - Updated Jan 20, 2014 Back

Recycling bins are free, and may be picked up from one of the locations listed at http://www.omaharecycles.com.

Please set out your green bin every time you have recyclables for collection. Recycling crews look for the green bin to identify that there are recyclables for pick up.

Please place clean paper products in a paper sack or small cardboard box to guard against litter. Place the sack or box inside or next to the recycling bin. Place all containers loose in the recycling bin. Never use plastic bags to hold containers.

Glass is not collected from the green recycling bins.

Please rinse all containers, discard lids or caps, and flatten boxes and containers when possible.
