Yard waste is picked up curbside March 15th to January 15th each year. This program does not accept aerosol cans, paint cans, oil, antifreeze, margarine, cool whip, yogurt, or cottage cheese containers, flower pots, plate glass, mirrors, light bulbs, drinking glasses, dishes, or ceramics.

This program accepts plastic bottles that have been rinsed clean with the lids removed. Only narrow necked plastic bottles are accepted. Please cut plastic bottles in half if they are larger than one gallon in size. You do not need to remove labels.

Car Batteries

Please secure caps on automotive batteries and place them next to your recycling bin.

Cardboard

This program accepts clean corrugated cardboard that has been flattened and cut to no more than two feet by four feet in size. Please tie it in bundles no higher than twelve inches and place next to your recycling bin. DO NOT RECYCLE waxed or plastic coated cardboard.

Clothing

This program accepts clothing that is clean and usable. Please put it in a plastic bag no larger than the thirteen gallon size, preferably in a clear bag, otherwise label the bag "clothing". Only one bag will be collected each week. Please place clothing bag next to your recycle bin. DO NOT RECYCLE shoes, toys, or dishes.

Please place used motor oil in non-breakable containers with a tight fitting screw top lid. Please place it next to your recycling bin. A MAXIMUM of two gallons per week will be taken.
