The City of Beloit offers a Recycling Drop Off that is open to the Towns of Beloit, Newark, and Turtle Residents.
The Center is located at the Department of Public Works Operations Facility at the back of the building. Head East on Highway 81 (Milwaukee Road), turn right on Willowbrook Road (next to Central Christian Church). Follow Willowbrook all the way out, you will see a dead end. Turn right just before the dead end on Springbrook Court.
