All donated items must be in good reusable condition. We cannot accept items that are damaged render the item unuseable or unsafe, or that have missing parts. Materials should be clean with no peeling paint, serious dents, chips, or rust.

This site cannot accept hazardous materials. This includes items containing PCB’s, asbestos, mercury, or and flammable compounds. You are encouraged to bring items to our loading dock on the right side of our building.

Requesting a pick up: A donation inquiry form is required to request a pick-up. Completing the form will insure that we have your your contact information, and accurate description of donated items to process your donation and provide your with a receipt for your tax-deductible donation. We do pick-up items, usually on Mondays and Tuesdays, or before 10AM during the week free of charge, however, we have to consider our cost of approximately $25 per hour for pick-up compared to the value of the merchandise being collected. In order to request a pick-up, please complete the donation inquiry form so we can schedule your pick-up with others.
