Frederick County Reichs Ford Road Recycling Center - Updated May 20, 2023 Back

Open to waste generated in Frederick County only. This drop-off center is for residential recyclables only and are not for use by school, business, churches, organized groups, or any commercial entities. Such enterprises may recycle by contacting their trash hauler-and may find that they save money on waste disposal fees by doing so.

Fesidents, businesses and haulers are limited to recycling ten (10) televisions and/or computer monitors (including “all-in-one” computers) per calendar year. This limit does not apply to tablets and laptops. Once the recycling limit is reached, residents and businesses may dispose of additional televisions and monitors as regular solid waste, charged at the same rate.

The Household Hazardous Waste Day is July 15th 2023, from 8 AM to Noon.

Please use the main facility entrance when bringing yard waste, tires, and electronics. There is a fee for dropping off certain materials. Please call for more information.
