The Stella Roberts Recycling Center is operated by Pearland Parks & Recreation and provides environmentally friendly disposal of materials for residents.
For Household Hazardous Waste disposal, residents are; citizens of Pearland and Brazoria County.
Beginning October 1, 2012 residents of Friendswood will need to purchase a voucher prior to bringing any materials for Household Hazardous Waste disposal.
Also beginning October 1, 2012 residents of Pearland wishing to bring Household Hazardous Waste or Electronics will be required to provide a current copy of their water bill. Thank You.
For Electronic Waste disposal, residents are only citizens of Pearland. Residents of Friendswood, Brazoria County, and all other non-residents require a voucher for electronics disposal. Non-resident vouchers must be purchased at the Recreation Center & Natatorium (4141 Bailey Road).
