To prepare your holiday tree for recycling—including flocked trees—simply remove all ornaments, tinsel and the tree stand. In addition to holiday trees, residents can also recycle other organic decorations, such as garland and wreathes.
Those living in single-family residences may place their tree curbside on your regular collection day from December 26 through January 18.
