Loudoun County is offering five locations for residents to drop off their Christmas trees for recycling from December 26th through January 17th.
Residents that receive curbside yard waste recycling service may contact their homeowner association, town office or recycling service provider to inquire about Christmas tree pick up dates.
Please remove all ornaments, lights, tinsel, wire and stand. If transporting your tree in a bag, please discard the bag before recycling your tree or setting out for pick up.
The Christmas Tree Recycling Program is a public service for residents only. Christmas tree vendors and others with multiple trees are encouraged to contact Loudoun County at 703-777-0187 for recycling options.
