Your yard waste can be loose or bagged. If you use recyclable lawn and leaf bags you can dispose of the bag with the yard waste or just dump out the yard waste and re use the bag. If you bring yard waste in plastic bags or garbage cans you must dump out the yard waste and take the bags/cans with you. This site prefers if all yard waste is brought in biodegradable bags only and not plastic bags at all, if possible.

The residents of the City of Avon may may drop-off yard waste at this site for free. Proof of residency is required in order to receive service for free.

This site does not take stumps, roots, sod or anything from below the ground.
