This site is available to both residential and industrial use. The Utica facility is located adjacent to the Oneida-Herkimer Recycling Center at the end of Leland Avenue (A. Schuler Memorial Highway) in North Utica.

Residents are also encouraged to try grass recycling and composting at home as well.

Christmas Trees:
Residents can deliver trees during normal business hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, and Saturday from 7am until 2pm January 3rd through January 31st. Contact your local municipality to see what the collection schedule and type of collection is for Christmas Trees (i.e. curbside or drop-off).
