Town of Norwich residents are required to obtain a Town of Norwich Recycling and Waste Management Resident Permit for vehicles. Permits are good for the entire fiscal year, from July 1 through June 30. Permits can be purchased at the Town Clerk's Office or at the Transfer Station.
