This site is located 3.5 miles north of Oakland, off of Bradley Lane or 1.9 miles south of Bray School Road. It offers free mulch made from composted yard waste.
Please remove your yard waste from the bags when dropping it off at the landfill. This site is available to residents of Garrett County only. Garrett County residents may recycle at this facility free of charge however garbage is accepted with a county sticker or on a fee basis. All loads must be tarped.
Please rinse all containers, remove caps or lids and rings, crush if possible, and flatten boxes to conserve space.
There are fees for some materials. Please call for more details.
