This site is located off of Austin Road, just a few hundred feet south of the Oxford Town Line on Route 26.
You must be a resident of Mechanic Falls and have a valid Transfer Station Sticker with the vehicle being used to transport waste into the transfer station. Stickers are available at the Town Office or Transfer Station for $5 per year.
All loads need to be sorted prior to arrival at the Transfer Station. All waste must be brought to the transfer station in clear or semi-transparent bags.
You must be engaging in recycling. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your ability to use our transfer station.
