This HHW Facility is located at the Central Transfer Station, 2 ½ miles East of Aberdeen on Highway 12. FREE disposal of household hazardous waste is available to all Grays Harbor County residents.

There is a 15-gallon limit per week and a $5 charge on all propane tanks. Commercial (business) hazardous waste is accepted for a fee. If you have an unknown chemical, they have the means to run tests and identify it for proper disposal.

MATERIALS EXCHANGE AREA:
Some products brought to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility are still in usable condition. Instead of recycling or disposing of these still-usable items, we make them available for others to use - free of charge. Products vary, but typically include paints, auto products and home cleaning items.
