The City of Lowell has partnered with Allied Waste for the collection of bulky items throughout the City, subject to a fee schedule. Collections are schedule by appointment only, and require payment over the phone. All items must be placed curbside on the date assigned by the contractor when the appointment is made.

To obtain a recycling bin, please visit City Hall, the Department of Public Works or the Health Department. You are allowed one green recycling bin for each burgundy cart assigned to your property.
