Bourough of Franklin Lakes Curbside Collection Program - Updated Feb 4, 2014 Back

Paper and commingled containers are collected curbside every Wednesday on a bi-weekly schedule alternating between commingled containers and paper products. Recycling should be placed curbside no earlier than 3:00 PM the day prior to a collection date. Residents should remove any litter or debris which falls out and the recycling receptacles from the front their home no later than 7:00 PM on the collection day.

Mix all paper products together placed in paper grocery bags or tied in small bundles. Bundles should weigh no more than 30 pounds. Stacks should be a maximum of 12 inches high.

Rinse All Containers, Remove All caps/Lids and Flatten All Boxes to conserve space.
