The Household Hazardous Material (HHM) Collection & Disposal Program is sponsored by the Dow Chemical Company Foundation and the Bay County Health Department (BCHD). The HHM program provides area residents with a convenient source for the safe and proper disposal of hazardous materials found in and around the home. The program is provided free-of-charge.
You must contact the Bay County Environmental Health Division at 989-895-4006 to schedule an appointment to drop off items. You will need to have a complete list of items and amounts at the time you call to schedule your appointment.
