Services are restricted to residents of Berkley, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Clawson, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Huntington Woods, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, Pleasant Ridge, Royal Oak, Troy only.

There are some materials that require special handling for safe disposal and should not be placed in the trash. Residents of SOCRRA or residents of Bingham Farms and Bloomfield Hills may safely dispose of materials such as paints, pesticides, cleaners, old medicines, and other hazardous materials through the Household Hazardous Waste Collection program. This program operates 6 days per week by appointment only.
