Items that are at least 75% metal will now be accepted at the Transfer Station FREE OF CHARGE.
Items such as sleeper sofas or recliners that have only a small amount of metal are now considered "bulky items". A permit & punchcard are required to dispose of bulky items.
Mixed loads of bulky waste & metal as well as freon units will require a permit & punchcard. Proof of Vernon residency must be shown.
