They are heavy and will probably get dried needles all over your car, so we don't want you to waste your time when you're trying to do something good. Christmas trees can be left for collection on your normal trash day between December 27, 2012 and January 22, 2013. Trees can also be dropped off at one of the following locations during the month of January:
*Cutter Street parking lot
*Payson Park Little League Field
*The nine-hole golf course lot on Riverside Street.
Please note that wrapping paper is recyclable, and Styrofoam packaging is not.
Please note that artificial trees are not recyclable.
These may be broken down and placed in a Blue City trash bag for disposal.
