Curbside recycling is available to residential properties in Bangor with four or fewer housing units. Other residents can use the City's drop-off center on Maine Ave.
If you don’t have a recycling bin and are eligible for the program, come to the Public Works Headquarters at 530 Maine Ave to pick one up. The office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Please place your recycling bin curbside on the same day as your garbage by 6:30am to ensure collection.
Please Rinse All Containers, Remove All caps and Flatten boxes to conserve space.
