The Cornell University Cooperative Extension holds bi-annual Household Hazardous Waste collection events for residents of Chemung County. No business or commercial waste will be accepted, and you will be asked to ascertain that your hazardous materials are household generated.

Pre-registration is required, and held during the weeks preceding the collection. Space is limited. When registering, be prepared with the following information: Name, Phone number, Address, how you heard about the event, the waste you intend to bring and the approximate amount.
