Orange County Urban Curbside Recycling Program - Updated Jan 17, 2014 Back

Please put containers in one bin and mixed paper in the other bin. Please do not put materials in plastic bags.

Make sure your bin is visible and not blocking the mailbox. If it should rain, please cover your bin with plastic.

Residents of Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Hillsborough in single-family homes qualify for once weekly curbside collection of recycling. Single-family homes in many unincorporated parts of the county qualify for collection every other week.

REMEMBER-- have your bins to the curb by 7AM on the morning of your collection day, or put them out the night before.
