The City of Hickory offers residential curbside recycling service which is picked up once a week on the same day as garbage collection. If you have a problem with collection, are in need of a recycling bin, or have questions concerning what can be recycled call the Solid Waste Manager at 323-7500 or email aballentine@hickorync.gov.
Place the bin at the curb by 6:00 A.M. on the same day as garbage collection.
